An Overview of the Echterhage-Group

The Echterhage Group consists of five manufacturing companies in the field of Fluid Technology. Additionally, the Group is complemented by a construction company and a marketing agency.

The production plants are located in the two Northrhine-Westphalian townships of Neuenrade (HBE, VSE, DST, ECOPLAN and plakart) and Gevelsberg (Beinlich Pumpen) as well as in the North-Italian city of Varese (Oleotec) nearby Milan. A world-wide distribution and service network along with affiliate companies in the US, China, United Kingdom and France ensures competent customer service on location as well as short delivery times and technically advanced support.

Emphasis on seven product lines:

HBE delivers components for hydraulic and drive technology as well as for mechanical and plant engineering. Additionally, HBE manufactures standard series oil tanks as well as increasingly according to customer specific requirements.
VSE is the specialist for high-precision flow measurement. The flow measurement equipment with electronic displays and readout technology is used for different applications in technical process control such as in the chemical, plastic and polyurethane industries as well as in the hydraulic and automobile industries.
DST supplies supplementary contact- and leakage-free transmission as well as hermetically sealed drives for pumps and agitators. Increasing requirements in environmental technology in the chemical, pharmaceutical and polyurethane industries create a high market demand.
Beinlich Pumpen, with more than 50 years experience and know-how in the field of gear dosing and radial piston pumps, specialises in customer specific solutions for process technology plants in the chemical, plastics, polyurethane, pharmaceutical, inks and paints, foods and hydraulic as well as in the shipping and aircraft industries. In close cooperation with our customers, our large in-house construction and development division is designing pumps to meet every customer requirement.
Oleotec is manufacturing check couplings for hydraulic systems, which are being distributed under the name of MCS (Mini Control System) together with a complete product line of hydraulic micro-hoses, pressure gauges and supplementary accessories.
ECOPLAN, a former classical construction company, has emerged as a project development company for large-scale urban planning projects and specialises in sophisticated residential and commercial buildings.
plakart is a full-service-agency for marketing, advertising and communication and offers everything from product catalogue design, webdesign, public relations and trade fair presence to customers including medium-sized industrial companies, banks and cultural institutions.
